This article covers how to create the same validation on multiple locations in SecurePark. 


Step 1


Login in SecurePark and navigate to Sessions > Manual Validation (or External Customer Validation for free sessions)



Step 2


Enter in the validation details. All Groups are automatically selected; to select multiple locations, click on Location List to open the list. From here you can search for and select multiple locations.



Step 3


You can now press "Process and record without payment" to process free validations, or scroll down to the payment section to take a payment. Note that the email address field under this payment section is used to send the receipt to that email. 


Step 4


To view all transactions created with payment, you can pull the Payments Reconciliation report under Reports. Alternatively, you can navigate to the Sessions Management page and under the "Source" field select SecurePark.
