Enforcement on the SecurePark android app is the best way to verify the validations of multiple plates at one specific location (outside of LPR). Follow the instructions below to learn how to use power enforcement.
Step One
Open and login to the SecurePark mobile app. Once logged in and on the main page under Parking Enforcement, type out or click the arrow to select a location.
Step Two
Select a location from the drop-down list
Step Three
Once a location is selected, all validated plates at this location will appear.
Green means an active session
Red means an expired session
Yellow means the session is expiring soon
Blue means the session is an active permit
Grey means you've typed in a plate and no session has been pulled up
Step Four
You can also search for a specific plate. To do so, in the Enter Plate Number field, enter in the plate number (or part of the plate number, as seen below). All results will show up. Note that clicking on the license plate card will open the screen that allows you to view all active registrations, outstanding violations and permits for that vehicle.
You will be able to issue a violation from this screen if needed.
Step Five - issuing violations from Power Enforcement
To issue a violation, first search for the plate. If it doesn't show up on the list, this means there are no active parking sessions. On a search that provides 0 results, you will see the Issue Violation button pop up. Click that, and you will be taken to the violation screen with the Group and Location settings auto-filled.
Proceed to issue the violation. You can find more information on issuing violations here.
