As a patroller is patrolling a lot they will enter a license plate of a given vehicle to verify if that vehicle is validated on a lot. If the license plate is not returned under permit parking or active parking sessions sections, the vehicle is not validated on the lot and the patroller may wish to issue a violation.
Issue a Violation
Click the issue Violation button on the bottom of the screen
The patroller will need to enter some information as follows
Once complete click issue violation. If you have installed a printer the violation will print and can be placed on the vehicle. This violation will also be sent to the server and will be viewable in the admin console.
You will then see this screen to confirm if the violation has printed.
