Marking to tow will advise mobile and web application users that the vehicle has been marked to tow by an administrator.
To Mark for Towing
Search for and select the vehicle to tow under the Violations Management page.
Once searched and the violations have opened up, click Mark for Towing from the Actions drop-down on the selected violations.
Confirm Action
Vehicles marked for towing are indicated by a checkbox in the Violation Action Indicator field in the Web Application
Vehicles marked for towing are indicated by an alert in the Mobile Application after the license plate has been searched in Red. On website the alert will show up below the search bar.
To Remove a Vehicle From Towing
Search for and select the vehicle to remove.
Once searched and the violations have opened up, click Remove Tow Check from the Actions drop-down on the selected violations.
