SecurePark can process violation payments in a number of ways:
- Admin users can process payments through violation payments
Admin Payments
Payments are processed on the Violation Payment page. There are a number of ways to navigate to this page.
- Search on Search tab > Click Pay Now
- Search on Violation Management tab > Click View Details > Click Pay Violation
Enter Billing Details
Click Process and Record Payment
Successful
Unsuccessful
Customers can pay for violations through the customer facing payment page.
