There may be times that you want to manually add violations in SecurePark Enforcement. For example, if a patroller was issuing hand written violations, they could be manually added to SecurePark to be managed.
To Manually Add Violation
Under Violations -> Add Manual Violation, Click Add Manual Violation
Enter the details of the violation and click save. The Violation will now be visible in SecurePark and can be managed in the same way as if it were uploaded from the Mobile App.
