SecurePark has 3 different types of users:
Primary Admin - access to all features in SecurePark
Admin - access to all features in SecurePark, outside of the Subscriptions page
Patroller - only access to the mobile app
Important notes to consider:
- Both types of Admin users are able to have their access changed at any time by another admin who has access to change
- Patrollers are never able to log into the Web app
- All users have Group and Location options that can be selected or deselected at any time. If a specific Group is deselected from their user settings, the user will not be able to view any location's data under that group.
Step 1
Navigate to Settings > Company > Users
Step 2
Click New User
Step 3
In Create User Popup enter the required data.
Step 4
Under Group List enter the groups this user will have access to. The location list in the SecurePark Enforcement Mobile App will update automatically according to which groups you have selected. Users can be given access to all locations for groups selected or only specified locations.
Step 5
Select functionality this user has access to.
User permissions are broken into 2 areas:
Accessible Areas
Accessible Features
Accessible Areas
Accessible areas correspond to the tabs within SecurePark Enforcement and whether or not a user will have access to that tab.
For example
This user below only has access to Reports. You can see that this user will only have access to reports tab when they log in.
Accessible Features
Allows you to restrict the actions a user can take on a violation.
For example
This user does not have permission to void a violation. You may want to limit the users within your company that can void violations.
Step 6
The New User will be added to the list of users and they can now access SecurePark.
Edit User
Click the Edit link on the user you wish to Edit.
In the Edit Admin popup enter required changes and click save.
Delete User
Click the delete link on the user you wish to delete.
Confirm the action.
Archived users will no longer have access to the application, however, any violations issued or actions taken by that user can still be accessed.
