Tablet not charging

1. Ensure the cable is plugged into the receptacle and into the tablet. 
2. Ensure the receptacle is working by testing out other devices (lights, computers, etc)
3. If the tablet is still not powering up, replace the cable with an Android Generic USB 2.0 cable 

Error Code "Name Not Resolved" 

This means the tablet is not connected to the Internet. Follow these instructions hereto access the tablet so that you can check the Internet connection. 

Tablet Blinking or Nor Responding

Restart the tablet by pressing and holding the power button, found on the bottom or top of the tablet between the enclosure. Leave the tablet off for a minute or two, and then power it back up by pressing and holding the power button again.
