The Badge ID field can be used as an alternate to the User ID. A user ID set automatically is printed on violations and is shown on all patroller reports, and is set automatically when a new user is created. However, as the User ID is set automatically, it acts as a primary ID for the user and cannot be changed.
The Badge ID can be used to replace the User ID on the printed violations. If the Badge ID is entered under the User Settings, the User ID will be replaced on the violations that the user issues.
To set a Badge ID, Step One:
In Roker Enforcement, go to Settings > Users > Edit User
Step Two
Enter in a new Badge ID and click Save. The Badge ID you entered will now be replaced on the violation.
